By using ReelsToMap, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

What ReelsToMap Does

ReelsToMap analyzes Instagram Reels to extract location information using AI. We provide:

• Location extraction from video content
• Google Maps links for identified places
• Audio and caption analysis
• Reel history management

Your Responsibilities

When using ReelsToMap, you agree to:

• Only submit public Instagram Reels
• Not use the service for illegal purposes
• Not abuse, spam, or overload our systems
• Not scrape, reverse engineer, or copy our service
• Respect Instagram's terms of service

Credits & Payments

• Free Credits: New users get 5 free credits to try the service
• Starter Pack: $5 for 75 credits (never expire)
• Pro Subscription: $9/month for 300 credits (reset monthly)
• No Refunds: All purchases are final. Credits don't expire (except Pro subscription credits)
• Duplicate Processing: Re-processing the same reel is free

Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime, but we don't guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service (maintenance happens)
• 100% accuracy of location extraction
• Availability of all Instagram Reels (some may be restricted)
• That the service will always be free or at current pricing

AI Accuracy Disclaimer

ReelsToMap uses AI (Google Gemini) to identify locations. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI can make mistakes or misidentify places
• Not all locations in a reel may be detected
• Some results may be approximations or similar places
• Always verify important locations independently

Intellectual Property

• ReelsToMap owns all rights to our service, design, and code
• You retain rights to your submitted Reel URLs
• Instagram content belongs to Instagram and its users
• We don't claim ownership of extracted location data

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Abuse the service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Harm other users or our systems

Limitation of Liability

ReelsToMap is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

• Incorrect location data or AI errors
• Lost credits due to technical issues
• Decisions you make based on our results
• Any damages from using (or inability to use) our service

Your maximum claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes. We'll notify users of major changes via email.

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing for new purchases. Existing credits and active subscriptions are honored at the original price until renewal.

Cancellation

Pro subscribers can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ReelsToMap operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
